To Whom It May Concern:
I write to you now with urgent, inside information. This information is of concern to us all and requires immediate action. There is indisputable evidence of a regime that:
1) Has strong links to terrorist networks
2) Possesses weapons of mass destruction
3) Poses a threat to the peace and stability of the world
4) Kills and tortures it's own people and denies them of basic human rights
5) Ignores international law
6) Refuses to allow inspection teams or to disarm
7) Achieved power by threats, lies, and bribes, not by democratic election
8) Accumulated massive wealth, while tens of millions live in poverty
This information may come as shocking, because this regime has systematically participated in a global disinformation campaign, blinding much of the world with it's totalitarian propaganda. But, I assure you that the information I have to share is accurate and well documented.
1) Strong links to terrorist networks
This regime provided the Taliban with over $200 million in funding, including a $43 million gift that was announced on May 17, 2001. Members of this regime have worked for oil companies financed by the Bin Ladens. Family members of this regime have stayed at the Bin Laden palace in Saudi Arabia. Family members of this regime trained, financed, and provided weapons for Osama Bin Laden.
This regime has other strong links to terrorists all over the world, including paramilitaries in Colombia, violent forces in Israel, and former death squad members in Indonesia.
2) Possesses weapons of mass destruction
This regime has control of more weapons of mass destruction than any other on Earth. It should also be noted that the country under the control of this regime originated, developed, and sold weapons of mass destruction. It should also be noted that the country has used more of those weapons than any other nation, including the use of two of its over 10,000 nuclear bombs. It should also be noted that the range of a large percentage of its weapons exceeds 90 miles.
3) Poses a threat to the peace and stability of the world
This regime and the regimes that preceded it over the past 60 years have been directly or indirectly responsible for the deaths of over 10 million civilians all over the world, including Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Japan, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Palestine, Greece, Afghanistan, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, Panama, Grenada, Cuba, Haiti, Colombia, Chile, Sudan, Libya, Somalia, Mozambique, and many others.
4) Kills and tortures it's own people and denies them of basic human rights
The leader of this regime has endorsed hundreds of executions of his own people, including completely innocent men such as Shaka Sankofa. This regime has denied citizens of its country basic human rights through its domestic policies (including the refusal to provide healthcare) and its legislation (including The Patriot Act). This regime has detained over a thousand citizens since September 11, 2001 and subjected them to inhumane conditions.
5) Ignores international law
This regime has been a blatant violator of international treaties and law, including: the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty, the Kyoto Protocol agreement on global warming, Article 54 of the Protocol Additional to the Geneva Convention, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, numerous U.N. resolutions, and other international agreements.
6) Refuses to allow inspection teams or to disarm
The regime is required to allow in UN weapons inspectors in accordance with treaties banning chemical and biological weapons, but legislation was passed in 1997 that denies international inspections of the nation's weapons facilities. Instead of disarming, the current regime has been building more weapons of mass destruction at a ferocious pace. The regime's federal budget for 2003 includes $776 billion in military spending.
7) Achieved power by threats, lies, and bribes, not by democratic election
The regime achieved power, despite receiving 539,898 fewer votes than its primary rival. 234 million citizens of the country (154 million of voting age) did not vote for the regime that's in power. Deceit, subversion, and bribery (including $4 million to block out legal voters) allowed this coup to take power.
8) Accumulated massive wealth, while tens of millions live in poverty
While over 30 millions of its people live below the poverty line, the regime in power has accumulated tens of millions of dollars, including a Vice President who received over $45 million from Halliburton, and a President who received millions in contributions and assistance from Enron.
As you can see, the situation is out of control, and the world must take swift, decisive action.
I will hereby strongly urge the United Nations to take preventative action against this brutal regime known as the Bush Administration. Steps should be taken to prepare for an immediate invasion. A final resolution should be presented, requiring the complete disarmament of The United States of America. U.S. refusal to disarm and allow inspection teams should be met with a strong assault to forcefully remove these weapons of mass destruction that threaten the planet. Military intervention might also be avoided if George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, and other members of the junta go into permanent exile.
Once the United States has agreed to disarm or is forced to disarm, UN enforced sanctions should be imposed. The nation that has become accustomed to consuming vastly more resources and goods than most other nations combined must be subjected to a blockade. All varieties of goods, such as water purificators, medicine, school supplies, and food should be severely restricted to ensure that the United States will not acquire the means to develop more weapons of mass destruction.
Please seriously consider the facts listed, the evidence provided, and the suggestions for action. The time to act is now, before civilization is destroyed!
Sincerely,
Kennie Anderson
